Cycles

Those that were consumed by hate…first were consumed by fear.

For they grew to hate that which they did not understand.

And what things we do not understand, we fear.

It is a cycle.

We fear, we hate, we destroy.

But together we can face our demons,

And together we can stand up in the darkest times.

And together we can find understanding, friendship, love, and life.

For that too is within a cycle, gracefully and eternally rotating

Against mortal wills and designs

But that cycle has something in mind for us

Something that has our good at heart.

So if we stand together

That good will find us.

Even if we are apart.
